Carlos Espinosa
Chief Executive Officer
A mining executive with over 25 years of experience within Canadian capital markets, international business development and commercial banking. He is Director and former President & CEO of Monarca Minerals an exploration mining company with gold and silver assets in Mexico and former CFO of Fredonia Mining, Inc., a gold exploration mining company in Argentina.

Carlos has held Director roles with Silver X Mining, a silver producer from Peru and is a former advisor of Mineros SA, a Colombian gold producer with operations in Colombia, Nicaragua and Argentina. Prior to this, Mr. Espinosa was at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), where he was Head of Business Development, Global Mining. Recognized for his leadership and long-term business relationships with C-level executives, government officials, and clients globally.

 

Michael Mulberry
Director

Mr. Mulberry has been a Geo-Tech contractor with GeoMinEx Consultants, a private geological consulting firm, since February 2009. Mr. Mulberry has been associated with the mineral exploration and public investment community since the 1990’s. Mr. Mulberry has been a director and/or officer of a number of publicly listed companies. Most recently, he was a Founder, Director and President of FenixOro Gold Corp. (formerly American Battery Metals Inc.) Mr. Mulberry holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Singer
Director

Extensive financial management, capital markets and corporate governance experience in the pharmaceutical and medical cannabis industries. He currently sits as a director of Aurora Cannabis Inc, having previously held the roles of interim CEO and Executive Chairman since May 2016. He formerly acted as the CFO of NASDAQ-listed Clementia Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Montreal based clinical stage biopharmaceutical company from May 2015 until July 2018. Michael has held numerous independent director roles in Canadian public health care companies. Michael is a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CGA) and holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Accounting from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Alexandra Bonner, BSc (Hons), MSc, MAIG, MAusIMM, MSEG
Chief Operations Manager

A NSW based geologist professional with 15 years exploration, mining and corporate experience. Ms Bonner has worked in remote exploration, surface and underground mines across Australia in iron ore, industrial minerals, gold and base metals. Most recently, Ms Bonner was employed at Heron Resources Ltd and was involved in the development of the Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Mine including in-mine and near mine exploration to feasibility status and regulatory management leading to acquisition of state development approvals and commercial production.

Ms Bonner has established and managed project joint ventures, sought and acquired new projects as well as implementing OH&S and environmental management systems to best practice industry standards. Ms Bonner served as Deputy Chair on Exploration Committees of AMEC and NSW Minerals Council where she was instrumental in bringing about regulatory exploration policy changes that have benefitted the minerals exploration industry.

Mart Rampe, B.Sc (App. Geol.), MAusIMM (CP), MICA, MAIG
Land Manager & Technical Advisor

Experienced exploration geologist with 45 years of mineral exploration and project development from grass roots exploration through to pre-mine development. Held senior exploration management positions at Australian private exploration companies and several ASX listed exploration companies.

Worked on most deposit types for gold, silver, base metals and uranium in Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, New Zealand, Central Asia, northern Europe and the USA. Extensive years of experience staking ground throughout Australia and especially in the state of New South Wales. Intimately familiar with mining, environmental and social legislation in the region.

ADVISORS TO THE BOARD & MANAGERS
Dr Chris Wilson, PhD, FAusIMM (CP), FSEG
Technical Advisor

Geologist with over 30 years of global experience in mineral exploration and mining. Chris has worked in over 70 countries, on most commodities and deposit styles, from grass roots through resource definition to feasibility. More recently Chris has been involved in resource to mine to production reconciliation studies, and project valuation and fatal flaw analysis for high net worth private investors. Formerly 10 years with Ivanhoe Mines, including exploration manager for Mongolia responsible for an exploration portfolio of over 127 licensees for over 11 million hectares. Extensive project review and target generation experience, with ability to rapidly identify and test high value targets, using complex multi -disciplinary datasets. Strong deposit model knowledge ensuring key controls on mineralization are placed within the wider context of a projects geological, structural and hydrothermal evolution. Qualified Person for JORC and NI 43-101 compliant reporting and valuation (VALMIN and CIMVAL).

Dr Quinton Hennigh, PhD
Lead Technical Advisor to Crescat Capital LLC (Advising RooGold Inc through Crescat's Strategic Investor Agreement)

Dr Hennigh is an economic geologist with 25 years of exploration experience. He has led exploration teams for Homestake Mining Company, Newcrest Mining Ltd and Newmont Mining Corp. Quinton is a Founder, Chairman and President of Novo Resources; Founder and Director of Irving Resources; and Director of NewFound Gold Corp. Quinton has had a lead role in a number of discoveries including significant involvement in high grade Swan Zone discovery at Fosterville. He was also instrumental in the exploration process of Gold Canyon Resources where he led the exploration at the Springpole alkaline gold project near Red Lake Ontario, a 5 million ounce gold asset that was recently sold.

Mr Kym Revington, MSc, MAusIMM
Technical Advisor

NSW based geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry, and has worked across a diverse range of commodities and deposit styles, specializing in gold exploration. A discovery driven exploration geologist with experience leading teams at various stages of project development. Kym’s career has ranged from greenfields exploration, to discovery and delivery of JORC compliant resources as well as near and in-mine exploration, throughout Australia and Africa. Has been involved in several discoveries including the Havana deposit, part of the world class Tropicana gold project, and he played a significant part in the discovery of the multi-million ounce Bibra gold deposit (Karlawinda Project). After 10 years with Independence Group NL (ASX:IGO), where he held a senior role in IGO’s greenfields target generation and project generation team, Kym has focused on generating highly prospective early stage mineral exploration projects throughout New South Wales.
